According to the case summary, everything went to mediation and nothing was resolved, which I expected. Don't know where it goes from here, back to a judge, I think.
Shamamax, Valcon, Triangle Multimedia, Obion Group - all shells in a big shell game, as I see it. Seem to be a lot of unresolved questions about Cinemax's credibility and the fact their "offices" here in L.A. are a couple of mailboxes wouldn't reassure me.
Really, at this point, as soon as someone said they were going into business with Frank "POS" Olsen or Lloyd "Gaisian" Fan, I wouldn't trust them for squat. But that's me. :)
