Was waiting for someone to post this.. Given the new filings it seems the A/S is now 250 million. Some may ask why, here is my opinion , only Gunther knows the real answer and maybe invest can help me out. When a company goes through a merger like this where the O/S is 99 million and A/S is 100 million merging into the shell that has 100 million or what not can in cases lead to a hostile takeover. So by upping the A/S Gunther can retain control no matter what..
So my guess it has to do with the merger. Someone smarter than me may know the real answer.. The merger documents are 36 pages so a bit lengthy to pay for. Im sure evertything will be explained in PR's.
Another reason could be that 250 million is the total of the shell and GSIEF 100million put together..
Ok someone who knows the real answercan help me now..i may be rambling..
