I read your attached info and nowhere did I read what you suggested in your message. So unlike the UN fiction you suggested, this is a hard fact that Bush "unsigned' the 1998 Rome Treaty of the International Criminal Court. Another person who also thought he was above international law was Hitler. So Bush joined a very select company.
