A tropical wave which came from Africa is going to interact with the 99L system...That is what probably brings more significance in monitoring that system closely...
Any formation in the gulf could actually get pulled down southeast and could move into the same pattern as the Atlantic system will follow...Wouldn't that be strange?...But patterns change so who knows?...LJ
