Agree...I was lucky enough to pick some up a few weeks ago when it was selling below NAV...

Still, if you're a long term holder, at this price it's pretty nice with the 10%+ yield and the possibilty of the capital gains distribution being announced shortly (if they have one this year).

NCV does look interesting, but that 33% leverage scares me a bit.
