So Matt, I have waited patiently for three weeks for you to explain what I need to do to get out of the Jailhouse and you haven't bothered to reply. I guess the answer is that you will never get out of the jailhouse when the board moderator who got you suspended in the first place is a company insider that doesn't want you raising difficult issues concerning their company. I have proof that he is an insider as you will see below. To make matters worse, he denies that to be the case, a clear SEC violation.

All of my posts on the STEH board have been courteous, to the point and accurate. However, I have been constantly attacked by the board moderator, Bleudeuce, and a group of other posters who persistently post unsubstantiated pumping style posts or personal attacks on posters that show any cynicism towards the company.

Bleuduece deleted my posts that put forward the opinion that the CEO of SunnComm, Peter Jacobs(a paying member of Ihub it seems), was contemptuous of SunnComm investors by posting a Q & A on his company's website that "thanked him" for answering questions on a daily basis, when in fact he raraly answered questions (other than those that offer praise of him) and particularly rarely answered questions that were important to shareholders. A typical example is his refusal to answer the question on the number of shares issue. The last update he gave was June 30th and he was at that time authorised to issue another 150M shares. To add insult to injury, that particular Q & A, about him answering daily, was the most recent on that website, with not one question having been answered in the 3 to 4 weeks since it was posted and me posting my opinion on the STEH board. This is his private Q & A board if you wish to check. Contemptuous is an accurate description of that Q & A.

Back to Bleuduece and proof that he is an insider.

On 10/9/2003 at 9:57AM, Bleuduece posted this SunnComm PR on Ihub (note the October 8th release date).

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1554091

As I have an alert system for STEH news and hadn't received an alert, I asked him (twice) where he got that information.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1554250

He replied that he received it on his alert system.

It was several hours after he posted the PR before a similar but different PR was received on my alert system and on most news services. For instance, Business Wire posted it at 1:38pm. However, the actually PR that hit my alert system and all the news servers was different to that posted by Bleuduece.

This is the official PR.

http://www.sunncomm.com/press/pressrelease.asp?prid=200310091000

The PR that was actually issued by SunnComm was dated October 9th with a 10am timestamp (not October 8th like Bleuduece's). Additionally, it had changes that were obviously made by legal. For example:

Alex Halderman, the author of the critical report, entitled “Analysis of the MediaMax CD3 Copy-Prevention System” wrote it hoping to “compel the music industry to abandon their copy resistant CD efforts.”

was changed to:

In evaluating the alleged objectivity of Alex Halderman’s report entitled "Analysis of the MediaMax CD3 Copy Prevention System," it should be noted that Mr. Halderman has stated in writing that he believes that his alleged discovery will compel the music industry to abandon their copy resistant efforts."

The rhetoric was obviously toned down as the original was making unsubstantiated claims regarding the intent of Halderman's analysis.

It is apparent that just before 10am (the official PR time stamp) on October 9th, SunnComm accidently provided Bleuduece with the wrong PR for him to post on Investorshub. The PR Bleuduece posted was never released by SunnComm.

This is Bleuduece's most recent explanation:

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=2148302

(Note: I didn't say that he must be an employee. I had said either an employee or someone acting on behalf of SunnComm).

He has on several occassions claimed that he is just an investor and has no connections to SunnComm, official or unofficial.

I have contacted MarketWatch.com and included the content of the PR as posted by Bleuduece. They stated that they never issued an alert on that version of the PR.

So if you believe Bleuduece, you are to accept that SunnComm accidently issued that draft PR only to MarketWatch.com and MarketWatch.com only sent an alert on it to one subscriber, who just happened to be the moderator of the SunnComm board on InvestorsHub.

Matt, look back on the posts of mine that Bleuduece has deleted and you will see that they broke no rules. They just included opinions that SunnComm doesn't want raised on this board. If you really want to maintain an ethical board, you should be investigating Bleuduece and his false claims of not being an insider.

If you have really checked the posts of mine that have been deleted and verified the accuracy and plausibility of the information I have provided on Bleuduece and conclude that I am the one that should be suspended, then I can see that this is not the type of forum that I thought this to be. I am not going to beg to be reinstated.

What Blueduece is doing is an SEC violation and I have reported the PR incident and his censorship of my posts (which he claims you delete, not him). I think the SEC will soon be making several statements regarding possible SEC violations by SunnComm, as this report from Our-Street.com shows.
