QUESTION:

Hey guys, big sells today at .0001, could you please tell us here at IHUB that it’s not dilution? Any thoughts?

RESPONSE:

We suspect that one of the parties that invested under the 504 funding round previously announced, is liquidating their remaining stock and moving on.Another theory is that the word is out that there will be an investor awareness campaign, which we can confirm at this time (BTW - paid for by cash). We think people are loading up on the stock ahead of the campaign.

Please remember, all of our current projects are still green lighted, and moving forward. However, as we have previously disclosed, we need to properly prioritize all of the projects so that we can execute our business plans moving forward. We will be getting more info out on the Town Hall as soon as we can.
