Unless they come up with a new deal
for a new financing package, with whomever...
which doesn't include Golden Gate Investors
and eliminates them from the equation.
Anything can happen here now,
and it doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing.
Maybe something good will come from all of it.
I always like to try and think optimistically!

I would expect it to go subpenny again when they start issuing shares again. The filings from here on (all of them) are going to be the tell-tale. I'm sure there will be plenty of news and communication (fro the company and the "new and experienced" positive posters from this board) to move the shares along.
