Totally agreed, BB. IMO, Troy has stated well a base line expectation. Too many things happening, too many things that should be happening that aren't, too much oil in the GOG and too few places in this world for elephant sized oil, for events to unfold in a straight line. The time is before drilling to position a company for the future and sp appeciation.

As Always IMO,

If Offor was somehow, say pushed out by our legal teams advice via the investigation, one would think he would make sure he had control the company regardless of title? Why then do you approve to have 3 independent directors to advise your companys' decisions? Sounds like he would be shooting himself in the right foot on that move.

This was very telling news IMO. Its just not how Offor works. If he wanted real oilmen in there to run and grow the company you'd probably start with a CEO.

Clock is ticking..... and yes,
Hmmm... what did they find in OBO?

In regards to #1...Addax took a big slide in being in the deal making department IMHO based on a couple of comments ERHC made in their latest PR. Specifically,

"ERHC and Addax are currently exploring mutual recourse to arbitration or mediation, under amicability, to resolve whether or not additional consideration is due to ERHC from Addax for the 7.2 percent claimed by Addax under the terms of the existing agreements. We believe that the relationship between the two companies remains as good as ever."

It is my contention that the above arbitration/mediation wouldn't be an issue if Addax intended on taking a larger stake in ERHC. It is noteworthy to readers that it is also my belief that ERHC has progressed much further than ERHC has announced and the market has shown based mostly on SEO's stepping down as COB.
This statement in ERHC's last PR ALSO has me believing events are close:

"It is important to keep in mind that the timeframes for drilling at various locations in all three JDZ Blocks will be based on their evaluations of cost-efficiency and not necessarily to prioritize the highest potential exploration locations."

They quite obviously have a formulated plan in drilling since they are basically announcing that the best locations are not necessarily going to be drilled first. This isn't logical unless a plan is in place. As I've previously posted, I believe this is a strong indication that blocks 1 thru 4 WILL be working under the SAME exploration team and will be tied into the same production facility......thus......some of our blocks HIGHEST potential locations will not be within reach of this central production facility and therefore will not be drilled first.

Ok...since Addax and ERHC seem to be bickering about additional pay for Godsonics 9%......who is looking at ERHC to take an interest in same? Chevron, Anadarko or a UAE team? I'm thinking Chevron takes the lead. With the US military already involved in the GOG thru Africom....I'm thinking a US super major has their eyesight on the minnow and will place more of their team inside ERHC in some of the top positions currently vacant. A stake to start with....followed by a big gulp after Addax's exploration team adds demonstrates PROVEN on involved co's books.

Likely the plan of action all along (IMHO), but with ERHC's comments of seemingly knowing where drilling will take place and SEO stepping down......I think ERHC could be closing in on new control.

It was recently pointed out to me that Luca's latest update contained NO information on investigations. First update ever that has failed to share information on investigations?
