I don't believe it will happen that way
unless things have changed..I do know that there was to be a short period after the launch that Telmex wanted to see what was being used and what wasn't..They would then decide what comes next..I have heard two estimates of times for that to occur..If Onev thought they would move on within a month..then you have to still go with that until proven otherwise...veno
