It is in the courts. SEC has until Jan 1,08 to produce evidence to Judge Cooper. I it is possible that something will happen sooner, but this is the SEC afterall....they NEVER admit mistakes, and will stretch this out till hell freezes over if they can, or until RPH gives up, which I doubt will happen. Hopefully, the judge will see things differently, and put an end to this soon one way or the other. I don't have Pacer, but if you have access, or know somebody who does, you can view court documents on this case.
