If they are saying that this isn't a typo and they really meant to say this, then they are a sadder bunch than even I thought:

President/COO Engineer Ricardo Bernardo and its Mechanical Engineering Team are fast tracking the completion, the rehabilitation and the re-conditioning of the existing 50 Metric Tons of the Gango Gold Rush Processing Plant.

C'mon Gail. You don't need to be an english major to know that the PR implies that they are re-conditioning "the existing 50 Metric Tons". It doesn't say anywhere in there that its a 50 ton per day operation.
