re: "No buy at ask interest..." > you are mistaken. the only buying at the ask is to then MARKET MAKER. that is NOT THE SAME AS "BUY AT ASK INTEREST". buy at ask interest is nothing if "sell at bid interest" is greater. thus what i am saying is that, BARRING THE MARKET MAKER ACTION, the NET ACTION is SELL AT BID.
