mainuh, Are you saying that MY broker specifically has to go to Barron Moore and buy back MY shares from BM ( thru MM Legacy) to make MY shares real, That I currently hold in MY brokerage account?

And then at the point, I will be holding 205's ???

and then I can immediately sell my 205's in the open market in between BM depleting their inventory, which they will eventually given the Astronomical Short Position

Aren't they in escrow until TM gets paid for those 246mil shares by the parties in the first suit? After that can't they be released to the brokers?

So it is Megas that is keeping us from trading now and we don't know why?????

mainuh,some very good points, my question is how can they ever trade those 246 million shares, which are no doubt under the un-registered cusip number? IMO We need to get on with the exchange prior to any other activity.Then trading activity will straighten out this mess automatically.ie brokers covering and fed calls being issued.
This limbo status is only hurting the company and it's shareholders, not the ones that caused our problem.

mainuh, Very true Mainuh, I hope the price of the shares is at least $1.00 each is why they are not paying up. BCIT did not cause the problem so let them pay for their sins. We have a share of the co. just as much as the orginal 80 share holders. It is a fact the broakers need to make us whole. BCIT did not receive anything for the 106 shares we purchased.
