deben, I understand your frustration. As far as closings they will happen and very soon IMO. As I said last Week, Rees Left me a voice mail on weds or thurs stating " We expect the closings in the next couple of weeks and from there we should be in good shape.

I also did a little dd and was able to co-oborate his statement with people outside of the company and they stated the same thing.

Now is the perfect time for all longs to average down.

As I have said over and over once the mergers are complete we have a company that now has a FMV of .05 cents and that is if all the shares have been converted to OS, which to my understanding they have not.

oh cut the nonsense out... if you think companies don't have slippage or a different form to fill out or some other delay as simple as someone that is signing is away on other business.

I might suggest you then sell cause they did not meet your demands.. lol

I am sure they will survive without your meager money or input.. betting the ranch is always a good thing..
