hi DD, from what i'm seeing done. it is a transition point for illegal listing of american companies there "that's without company permission stuff."

then in turn do the naked short and imho the naked short is not seen or registered.

SEC can't stop it either being done in berlin. cramer readings tell this about the berlin exch.

i wanted to read cramer's article but it doesn't show up.
but cramer's message is there at yhoo with berlin experiences.

probably if placed in search there it should be answer when cramer said the berlin exch isn't doing american company listings right.
