Universal Express will file a stay in the Appellate Court, and will hold the actions of the Court responsible for any adverse reactions.

Why doesn't he just DO it, rather than merely saying he plans to do it? I imagine he means "file FOR" a stay...

Any lawyers out there? Is it actually possible to file in Appellate Court to stay a ruling made in a lower court? You can, of course, appeal a ruling, but can you file a motion to stay?

Something tells me Fluffy's gonna find his appellate board as "capricious" as he does Judge Lynch.
