I've noticed on penny stocks that when the news seems too good to be true that often the stock doesn't move much..

It was just one of thousands of pr's with no $$ in the headlines...Nothing to attract viewers and buyers....

The best way to get the word out would be to post the article on as many message boards as possible...especially after the 8k (provided that there is one,,,,,and there should be)

Personally, I believe it and the $$$ attached to it.....JUST will be waiting for the market to become aware and it will eventually...
