The CC reiterated strategic initiatives that are in the works....PR this week should confirm completion of objectives....

They didn't release news, rather Dan hinted at news to come for the benefit of current shareholders. The market in general didn't listen to the CC so the market doesn't know what is coming, but it will notice the contents of the press release when it comes out IMO.
