The best part about their initial 8 successful wells is that they're all shallow gas plays meaning the drilling costs associated are nothing compared to the deeper plays...another major positive that can't be easily overlooked!

But perhaps the best positive of all...is that the Peace Arch region has an absolutely astounding plus 95% hit/miss success ratio on the shallow gas plays...so moving forward the simple fact that LCOL already lays claim to such a prolific & vast zone(with further expansion probable) bodes extremely well for the immediate & foreseeable future!
