According to Stefoglo only production of polyoils was experimentally tested in Russia back in 1975. The rest Cavasin found in Internet to create his "closed loop". I would say that 50% of the famous technology exists just on paper. No actual testing has been done.
If Siam found the “closed loop” idea attractive we may get some juice. If not - game’s over…
