How can you to refer to him as not a serious long term investor?
You do not know him or his motivations.
And all of that is irrelevant. What is relevant is that he relied on false news releases when he bought his stock.

Raising money the way Sulja did is illegal. Plain and simple.
Can you not see that with 3, count them, three regulators involved alleging market manipulation, insider trading and illegal stock issuances and sales?

As to expanding. I see no expansion. I see Harrow closing down and Sam's relatively inactive.
I see Calgary not being opened for whatever excuse they wish to give the shareholders.

If I was Steve, PV and Andrew, I'd have an answer for everything. One of Andrew's close friends and fellow NANNACO executive is an attorney. They wouldn't be stupid enough to put something out there that would place them in a lie.
