I have been PRO settlement up until now--I'm thinking it would be better to go to court and settle the patent issue in front of God and everybody at this point--because (i) I believe NEOM will prevail, and (ii) in so doing, the patents become much more valuable IMO, even if add'l suits would need to be filed against other infringers. I say call the Scanbuy-EFF bluff provided NEOM has committed cash sufficent to cover the next 24 months, whether from CC/YA and/or 'New Partner.' YJ.
