iwest, hope you dont mind me answering your question. we will not split while in the grays. if we go to pinks and stay thier we could have one which would not keep us from going to another exchange in the future. however if we go straight to another exchange (amex) does not also mean we will split. usually a company will do a stock split after the pps has gotten high and they (the company) will do a split for a few reasons. 1 to reward current shareholders and 2 so as to bring the pps down to a more affordable level. however a company never has to do a stock split (look at google) it is up to the company when they will do one and if at all. but splits sure are fun your getting free shares! if anyone can explain it better or if i am wrong please do post!
