Mighty, he can appeal till his ears fall off - the receiver is coming and RA and his gang will appear before the judge - and if he does not - to jail they will go - The receiver will see what a house of cards this is and move to liquidate UXSP – once that happens - I will think more charges could come visit the usxp gang of pump & dumpers .........imo

You're probably right. But it's HOW he'll say it that'll make for major fun. I wonder if he'll once again raise the specter of Waco. I don't think that'd be a very smart move on his part, but you never know...
