Have not asked that question, other questions met with "no comment at this time". In the "firm commitmant" I can see EFH
has some influence on IR including approval of IR firm. Lots on the line thru to IPO for all parties involved. Just the same, after being used to being able to talk to, if not with lol, the CEO and CFO, I find the quiet period frustrating.
Personally, after FDA, I expect some sort of deference in regards to some aspects/questions/recommendations given to management from us.
