That's part of why I haven't bought back into SPZI yet, that lingering feeling that if you score a 300%+ gain, be cautious going back for more.

Of course, I'll go back for more. ;)

get ready for these 2..............

I have been spending a lot of time externally verifying company information this year because of too many scams. Below are 2 that are set to move on REAL news.

ESFS - real business. Tight float 15M. O/S 70M. A/S 100M. This is going to move very fast on big news as early as next week. I have confirmed (with company and externally) the audits are being done for BB listing and I think they will be part of the news. The only time the company even mentioned they were doing audits and uplisting was at the bottom of a different PR back in early Jan/07. There is absolutely no pumping going on with this one. I think the action starts next week on this sleeper.

Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. also announced that the Company has entered into a contract with the well known California CPA firm, Mendoza Berger Company, L.L.P., for the preparation in the first quarter of 2007, of audited certified financial statements of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. Mr. Elliot commented that, “The objective of this step is to provide our investors, suppliers and bankers with accurate, reliable and up-to-date financial information upon which to base their decisions relative to Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. It is intended that the first audited certified financial statement will reflect the acquisition of the California corporation, Eco Safe USA, Inc.”

INPT - this company does not even put out PRs! real sleeper. A/S 50M, O/S 43.6M, float 22.5M. They landed the contract with Florida Medicaid to provide manadatory hospitalist services. They are 1 of 3 companies contracted by the State of Florida Medicaid. Each of the companies got 5 hospitals on the initial startup. More counties are required to be brought online per the 2007 Florida Statute section 409.905(5)(d). This is all verified through the State of Florida because the company never even PR'd anything. I guess you could say this is definitely not a pump. rover is in this and can probably add a lot commentary.
