Just making the point that what has

my projection is that HWBI will break .01 during September and find new highs. Those that know the game are buying down here and will reap big dollars

Not to seem too arrogant but I have always felt that 90% of the profits were made by 10% of the players and the left over 10% gets devided among the remaining 90%. In order to play you have to risk...It is funny because buying at the bottlm is not really that risky...the risk is buying after the run has started.
