Yes. I'm dealing real estate mostly in Vernal. They have a $100mm gas plant slated to go in. Population went from 7k to 50k in 5 years...and is expected to increase to over 200k in the next 10 year.
How is the 4X market treating you?
Quite well...except lately things have been quite volatile. The carry trade seems to be unwinding. Lost about 10% of my portfolio over the past 30 days between forex and equities. However...that's just part of the game.
Still holding those Rule 144 shares that Trex slipped you for being a good boy and playing this investment game? TIA.
YEP. I'm thinking about finding the share cert and framing it. That lesson actually opened my eyes...and has served me well.
