Bugs looks like it may have had profit taking versus dillution over the past week or so...Since they do file 10Q's the share count can be tracked...

03-31-07 10Q...436,506,801 o/s as of 05-17-07
06-30-07 10Q...453,469,901 o/s as of 08-20-07

The last S-8 for 30 million shares was filed way back on 04-30-07...Doesn't seem that this could still be a hold back on the share price...

The 3 month change in share count from May to June shouldn't be the excuse for the drop in the share price during that time period, Imo...perhaps...LJ
