Jim- Look at the new company Sasol Chevron formed ..It is a new company..separate from either sasol or chevron..

That would be possibly the way they could go..I'm thinking 3 or 4 major companies with high percentages in the JDZ..Maybe more..

Jdz maybe one giant lake of oil or so many boundary crossovers
between blocks that this was the best way to do it.

Jim - How would our ERHC shares be affected by a joint venture? Would we have still own shares in ERHC and also the new joint venture entity? Or would we just own shares in new entity?

Does anybody have thoughts on how this would work for a shareholders perspective?
