That is exactly what it looks like - also, if you look at the volume before the run started to Friday you can see that it was most likely just daytraders getting in and out, not nearly enough new volume for the company to be selling new shares.

The REGDEX filing is a pre-cursor to the merger announcement!!!

Those that have held will be greatly rewarded.

Brad,

Appreciate the discussion between yourself and Bags on this issue.

First off, what/who is BR? Did you mean BP?

As I study all the opinions/speculations over the last week or so and the recent filings one can come up with (3) conclusions. Two of which deal with this merger being for real of which I am of belief.

I believe JR is handling ONMC and WRII simultaneously in separate transactions not jointly. I think the merging in the blank-check shell is the attraction first and foremost and outcome of WRII is a lot more speculative in my view.

This confusion of a possible joint merger, I think, started our stock slide the last 30-45 mins of trading late Wednesday when the Reg "D" filing leaked out on WRII and registered as received the next day on pink sheets. I think investors would rather dump first and ask questions later. Obviously, this is just an opinion. Now question, if you will?

Is your friend discussing at the bottom of your post the REGDEX that you linked to in post #1387 on ONMC? I assume this is his explanation why it didn't show up in the filings on pinksheets like WRII? Sorry if I'm a little slow. TIA
