Yep...I'm pysched with the "pipeline" on this one...once developments begin to flow...I'm expecting some "major" fundamental developments coming out of LCOL's unique capacity to claim a highly desired land position!
The best place for people to begin their due here is the Northern Alberta O&G regions...once they've constructed an overall view of the lands potential they can then begin to figure out where this will more than likely soon be expanding.
The majors don't care about anything other than getting in on all the available action...so it's no stretch of the imagination at all to understand why LCOL's land claim situation gives 'em such a unique competitive advantage over the majors & why speculation of farmouts/joint ventures makes such logical sense!
If LCOL ramps this up correctly/properly...they'll use their land situation to their competitive advantage by leaning on the resources of the majors in the area to unlock the potential here at a far faster clip. And this is a big reason there's zero dilutive instruments funding this play at this juncture & why all further funding requirements will be bank financed non-dilutive debt instruments IMO. It's all about who controls the land...after that it's all about sharing the resources to unlock the potential!
This is going to be a very attractive O&G play once it's presented to a broader spectrum which is why LCOL's pending AIM listing carries so much impact! In fact this early wave of retail accumulation these past 8 days is nothing compared to the buying waves to come! The meaty developments quickly approach & there's oodles & oodles of upside to come!
