To put an end to the lower lows---lower highs downtrend, do we need to break north of 2576.69 or 2627.75??

BTW, if anyone else sees the inverted H&S, the measured move calculates out to 2781, new 2003 bull market highs. If that were to happen, they would call what has begun, wave 3 up.
