Those are good questions. Unfortunately, I don't have any answers, and I don't know if anyone does, even Fred. Maybe one day the story will unravel and we will find out. What FM did was disgusting. After all this settles out, if he doesn't get what's coming to him, maybe we should have a class action suit against him, although I don't know the first thing about one.
