I think the 'f' has something to do with being a Foreign operated company, meaning directors/mgt are all overseas. I might be wrong but I think this is what it pertains to.

Transakt Is A Foreign

Registered Company. The "F" refers to foreign.

Transakt is domiciled in Alberta, Canada - (that is why the AGM is being held in Calgary).

They would have to move the domicile to a US State in order to get the "F" removed.
