Now frog that's not quite right is it? Apart from DNAP receiving a description of the material such that they could identify it's type, there is the little matter of the Defendant having to make a motion to the court for in-camera inspection of all such material. I agree that this is dragging on far too long. At the end of the day Kodragunta is just racking up his legal fees IMO - the contents of the computer will be examined in due course, these are just delaying tactics. Anyway, at least we get to know all his message board aliases!
