HRP is short term as it was on his watch list - maybe only a day trade so short if it breaks for a quick turn
NNRF can be played that way but it is reviewed as a long term - meaning 1 or more years so he would not be making trading calls as that defeats the tax advantage for long term positions.
Many here want it to go down as they are short term so keep posting all they can in a negative way - but long term all is very positive.
