Yes, most that bought before the first buy back paid .0001 because that is where most of the volume took place. And the stock traded actively between .0001 and .0002 just before the second buy back. So if it wasn't retail buyers buying at .0001 who was it, as you say market makers can only represent retail, and can't make a market for their own accounts?
