The os explosion has to end at some point. With an open ended os it would be pointless for the new investors to acquire shares and also suffer unending dilution. And do not forget about all the other acquisitions that were paid with shares. There has to be a plan to keep acquisitions and partners in line and informed. They have much more invested than we do and much more to lose.
