is the result of Mr. Wu's inefficiency or slowness in completing
the initial terms of the IR contract. It has nothing to do with the IR firm. They are pulling their hair out waiting to start.
When the last details are completed and I suspect it will be this week, then the volume will pick up, I assure you.
The interview with Wu is very encouraging and should be replayed and highlighted when the campaign starts in earnest.
