Thanks Cash - the link below is for the law firm they are using to help them with various issues. One of those is dealing with the MM's shorting and Dan mentioned they had a trick to deal with them that McMillan Binch lawyers are going to help them with. Issuing divvies via the Canadian exchange to force them to cover sounds like a great idea.
