This company has not lost value because of dilution. The companies share count increased because of a 6 for 1 split, but splits are not dilution. There is no evidence that this company has issued any shares for anything other than promotional purposes. The company has lost value because there is no substance underneath this company and insiders have been selling. The CEO's mom has been selling, a director has been selling, and a lead investor has been selling. Interesting that they have less confidence in this company than you do.

The IR guy works for technology Partners, LLC. As I pointed out to you in a previous post, they are selling. If "he is quite convinced the company would start showing some profits," then why are they selling now, when the stock is down 70%?

Insider selling, no sales, no cash, questionable management team, with bizarre pasts, who have done nothing except pay for promotional press releases and given interviews to penny stock promotions sites, all at a rediculously high valuation. If these are not good enough reasons not to buy at these levels, you my friend, have very low standards. All you have left is the greater fool theory. Good luck with that one.

So you need to find some information that says they will never make money. That is your standard? Good luck finding that information. Perhaps in the future you should use common sense, it tends to work better.

I have not created any of this information. All of it is true, I am still waiting for you to find one instance where I have been untruthful or misrepresented information about this company. I am presenting this information to you. Wouldn't you prefer to not keep your head in the sand like an ostrich? Ostriches perhaps wouldn't like me "bashing" either.
Obviously, there is nothing that I could ever say that would change you mind. You would prefer to parish like a lemming. So I beg you, double check my facts, find something that is untrue. So far, you have been unable to do so. Anyone of the things I have said in isolation would be a serious red flag, together they are completely damning.
Just do me this favor. When this stock trades for under 1 cent. Will you please post on this board that I tried to warn you? That is all I would like. I don't even need a thank you.
