I just remember seeing an ad on the internet for ADNN in March 2007. This was not part of an email/spam campaign and it looked to certainly come from ADNN. And this ad had nothing to do with this debacle from 2005 http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2007/2007-130.htm
This (ad) would certainly constitute a pump and dump campaign (IMO); this is considering that it's timing was correlated with the PPS rise to its last high before its recent fall. Why did the ad not follow through in an effort to retain the hype?
This to me makes it clear that, that ad campaign was legitimate and not the work of outside forces. Also, the ads stopped as the pps peaked.
To further the questionablness of it all (but just my WAG)take a look at the BOD's , in particular Mark Hughes who is clearly a viral marketing expert.http://www.adrenalinenation.org/team http://www.buzzmarketing.com/ Not that this means anything but it all seems to look suspicious as though the BOD intentionally pumped the stock to either unload it themselves or to assist others. imo
Jeff Greenfield is also an expert proven marketer, advertiser who knows how to reach many people.
I have not seen these two use there expertise to enhance the stock in any way? Why not one simple PR be it trivial or not? Why not keep the brand out there? If anyone would know how to combat and subdue a malicious campaign it would be these two men. IMO
Are they on the team for the sole purpose of pumping?
This is simply how I see it. If I am missing something I apologize. However, Dressler has his own media forum which he does not use to defend himself nor his company. I really do not get it. I liked the company and the music etc and really think they could get some ad $$ but they refuse to use there exposure and talented BOD's positively and effectively.
