You would think people would get out of denial and take their real estate losses and move forward. It's like 2000 was for tech stocks. People don't like believing it's over.
Speaking of denial, if financial companies would just reveal their exposure to bad assets, the credit crunch would not be anywhere near as bad as it is. Nobody's fessing up, so you have to assume everyone's guilty. That's not only bad policy but lousy odds.
