thanks ot i don't know that for sure but that makes sense in my book that why they changed the structure

there is one big issue that i see and it scares me is with rb and pa having preff shares and getting dividends and if the new guys do pref shares and they get dividends that is a whole lot of preff getting divs that comes out of profit. then where does that leave the people who don't take the preff with left over profit which directly affects share price. the worry i have is the divs are for five years so is the contact. that is one thing i don't know and have not been able to find out and that is the one thing that scares me the most. i hope we can find out as i have a large investment here as i know some of you do also. in my opion that what we all have to worry about. the contracts will come we have to make sure we get paid when they do.
