#5063 RE: ezmony #5062

I think everyone is missing the big picture here and focusing on the small (especially when new people show up).

We had a big run up to 6 cents in only a matter of a week or so. Of course we were going to fall back down because the website wasn't done, a new issue wasn't due out, and there was nothing to keep the momentum going to keep it at 6. So it slowly fell back down (over about 3 weeks) back to where it was. That's what happens when you get flippers in. They made their money, so the stock goes back to where the resistence is. Also, with the 60 day period for the filing to be complete that gives people a lot of time to go go make other plays in the market (letting the price fall) and then come back a week or 2 before the uplisting is complete. It's not unheard of....with or without dilution. I don't think dilution is a problem here. We've been trading on low volume since the last run so I don't believe dilution is the cause of the drop is price.

Everyone also needs to realize that most, if not all penny plays, feed off of momentum. Once things pick up so does the price. When things slow down, down goes the price. This happens all the time on the pinksheets because you don't have institutional investors (or big timers).

If you want to talk about dilution or the price dropping to .004, then be my guest. You have your thoughts to which you are entitled and I have mine. This is what i see coming down the line....

-completion of the website
-advertising contract signing period (ad revenue)
-new the issue is currently out (sales #'s to follow)
-uplisting

All of this will probably be out around the same time. The momentum WILL pick up. If it does anything like it did the last time we'll be close to the highs we saw the last time. Just don't let Bloomfield come in and tell you we'll be in the 30 cent range because that's not going to happen.

I'm not pumper or a basher. I own 25,000 shares, which is by no means a great deal. But it's a penny and I only invest in what I can afford to lose. I think SLON has all the makings of another run.
