Belmont Partners LLC, Investment Arm acquired 29.09% stake in Tidalwave Holdings Inc. (OTCPK:TDWV) on August 2, 2007. As reported, Belmont will also acquire entire preferred stock of Tidalwave. The purchase consideration is reported to be approximately $0.08 million. Following the completion, Belmont will hold approximately 60% of the stock outstanding in Tidalwave. Joseph Meuse of Belmont Partners LLC will be appointed as Tidalwave's President, Chief Executive Officer, ... Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board and Secretary. R. Stirling will resigne as a member of the Tidalwave's Board of Directors and as its President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board, effective August 2, 2007. L. Edward Bache also resigned as a member of Tidalwave’s Board of Directors. Tidalwave Holdings Inc. will be renamed Beverage Creations , Inc.
