Did you cry? What exactly is you getting upset? Clearly it worked because she told you what you wanted to hear. That 'Montreal' company told you what you wanted to hear. Uncanny isn't it? Why do these Russians keep coming back to Montreal companies? Clearly by your own 'theory' Montrealers have done them wrong. Yet they keep hiring Montreal companies. Hmmm. Strange ;-)

I followed up DOS.

Christine told me the same thing. Her contact is Russian but she would not/could not give me his name. I asked her to pass on the frustration of Aurus shareholders to her contact and she said she would. She was unaware that Jeremy was no longer employed by Aurus but didn't seemed surprised. She assured me that there would be an announcemnt "shortly" concerning the SH meeting and ample time for shareholders to make arrangement to go to the meeting. I asked her if that meant the time frame of early September was no longer valid and she said she could not answer that question. I asked her "will it be within the next week?" and she said no.

I felt that, because she stuttered and struggled with direct questions, she knew more that she let on but...who knows...maybe she just struggled with my Boston accent.

Good work, DOS. Your approach is the only way to get any answers. L2I had told us a while back that they deal with the Russians through a translator, so what Mrs. Lagace told you was not really news, only confirmation of what we already knew. I guess we just needed the reassurance. Too bad you had to get upset, but I'm glad you did because otherwise they would think everything is just peachy with the shareholders.

We need to let them feel some pressure. I remember being told when I called L2I that we could expect an announcement concerning the SH meeting no later than August 6, and now three weeks have passed with no news at all. I don't look at it as dishonesty, but rather as gross incompetence, insincerity and insensitivity. I can't wait to see them face to face.

Did you ask her if the meeting is in the process of being planned OR if a new TA was being contemplated OR If she has anything new about the Divy OR if she, like the former TA was still waiting for a first payment OR after promising PR's a couple of times why she never at least followed up with an apology OR If she knew for sure if AURC was still in business OR if she had anything of value at all that she could impart to us, etc etc. Apparently we are going to have to call ourselves.
