Frog - interesting analysis you offered in your view on the "lack of news" from DNAP...

I did a reality check for myself and found on DNAP's site alone listed over 14 PR's released in 2003....Hmmmm!

And the number of MAJOR news related events for DNAP in 2003 was close to phenomenal...with ABC, CNN, PrimeTime Live, article in the emminent science journal Genetics, articles in two consecutive Popular Science issues (Dec 2003 + Jan 2004), AP news articles carried in over 40 newspapers across the nation, and many others... (I'd love to see ANY other company that had this much national news in 2003)...

Bottomline always comes down to what you are looking for and what your motivation is (investment goals and strategies and miscellaneous side games). In my humble opinion, regardless of your agenda (or mine)...the news is out there for people to make their own educated decisions... And DNAP will keep doing the important day by day science and business to move this company forward irrespective of the opinions and games on these boards...

And for me, the news just keeps getting better and better, building the confidence that DNAP is in fact becoming a world leader with awesome technology...! JMHO of course!

And regarding the "court order" you were asking about earlier...? It was a take-out order for pizza because the jury was sequestered....lol!

In my original reply I snuck in a guess:

"Maybe this is being orchestrated to create shareholder value (higher pps...) to limit the LJC shares?"


Guide the share price up, issue less shares to LJC for financing.....Retain more value and ownership of their (and ours) company....seems quite simple. LOL
